Xero has recently announced further subscription price changes. These price increases will be effective from 1 October 2026.
The monthly subscription Business plan prices (excluding GST) will be:
Ignite plan increases to NZ$37 per month, from $35 per month;
Grow plan increases to NZ$89 per month, from $83 per month;
Comprehensive plan increases to NZ$117 per month, from $110 per month;
Ultimate plan increases to NZ$135 per month, from $125 per month.
Those clients using a Cashbook plan will increase by 6.25%.
My Xero Partner discount remains where I hold the Xero subscription and that will continue to be passed onto my clients when the Xero subscription is on charged. Xero have however indicated that in coming years they plan to gradually transition the rates towards standard retail pricing, therefore the discount may be removed.
If you have the Ultimate plan using Xero Payroll for more than 10 employees, the price for each additional employee will increase from NZ$1 to NZ$2 per employee per month (excluding GST).
